How to Store a Mint Aero® Traybake
Since our mint Aero® traybake sets in the fridge, you can also store it there. Just stick it in an airtight container, and it will keep for up to a week.
Aero® Peppermint Bar or Bubbles?
We’ve gone for a combination of both in our mint Aero® traybake. The bar is chopped and folded through the base to add a cool hit of mint among the chocolate biscuit flavours, while the bubbles add a minty crown for flavour, texture and visual appeal. You could totally just use one product, and you’d still get a great result.
How to Marble the Topping
It looks super fancy, but it’s super easy! The trick is to melt the two chocolates separately, then spoon them in alternating spots on the biscuity base. Use a wooden skewer to swirl away and blend the colours to create the gorgeous marble pattern.
Serving Suggestions
These little bubbly squares pack a flavour punch, so cut the tray into 16 squares for the perfect bite size. Adding a fresh twist to any occasion is what our mint Aero® traybake does best. Serve it at any celebration or as a bite-size after-dinner mint. You could also pack them up to go and savour the bubble flavour on your next hike or picnic!

- 20cm square brownie tin
- Baking paper
- A wooden skewer
Ingredients
- 200g Carnation Condensed Milk
- 50g unsalted butter
- 20g cocoa powder
- 200g digestive biscuits
- 90g Aero® Peppermint Sharing Bar, chopped
To Decorate
- 90g Milkybar®, melted
- A few drops of green food colouring
- 90g milk chocolate, melted
- 80g Aero® Peppermint Bubbles

Method
- Line a 20cm brownie tin with baking paper.
- Set a medium-sized pot over medium-low heat. Add the condensed milk, butter and cocoa powder. Warm while whisking until the butter melts and everything is smooth and combined, then remove from the heat to cool slightly.
- Pop the digestives into a Ziploc bag and bash them with a rolling pin. Add the crushed biscuits and chopped Aero® Peppermint Sharing Bar to the pot and stir to combine.
- Tip the mixture into the lined tin and use a spatula or the back of a spoon to spread it evenly. You can also use the base of a rocks glass or measuring cup to flatten the surface. Pop the tray into the fridge to cool for 15 minutes.
- Put the Milkybar® and milk chocolate in two separate microwave-safe bowls. Melt the chocolate in 30-second bursts and stir until smooth. Add a few drops of green food colouring to the white chocolate and stir to combine.
- To decorate, spoon alternating blobs of chocolate onto the biscuit base, then use a wooden skewer to swirl the two chocolates together. Place the Aero® Peppermint Bubbles on top and pop it back into the fridge for at least 2 hours to set.
- Slice into 16 pieces and serve!
Top Tips
A great traybake is all about taste combinations and texture. Aero® Peppermint brings a rich chocolate minty freshness, while the biscuit base adds chew and crunch. Mix up the texture by keeping the biscuit pieces chunky and the chopped Aero® fine for even flavour distribution.
