These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy of your information.

The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering in this promotion, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy, and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the promotion, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018.

The Walt Disney Company, Pixar and each of their respective parent, affiliates, and subsidiaries are not responsible for the promotion, administration or execution of the travel package, winning moments or prize draw.

Eligibility

  1. This promotion is open to United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), Isle of Man, Channel Island and Republic of Ireland residents aged 18+ only and excludes employees and the immediate families of Nestlé UK Ltd ("the Promoter"), its affiliated companies, agents or anyone else professionally connected to the promotion.
  2. Internet access required.
  3. Purchase necessary. Please retain promotional pack and a valid till receipt or copy of online order showing the purchase of a/each promotional pack before the date of entry and within the stated Promotional Period or prior to the start date as a result of some Promotional stock potentially reaching the market early and dated prior to date of entry, for each entry.
  4. Maximum 1 entry per person per day and maximum of 1 prize type per person and maximum of 1 prize type per household. This applies to all periods of the promotion, including the main Promotional Period 20.04.2026-12.07.2026 and the late entry periods, ending 31.10.26 and 31.03.27.
  5. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups, agents, third parties or syndicates will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of programme, application, script, brute force or any other automated means, that person's entries will be disqualified, and any prize awarded will be void.
  6. Each entry to the promotion must have a new promotional pack and unique receipt as part of the entry requirements. Entries on multiple purchases require all promotional packaging and relevant receipts to be kept as they may be requested.
  7. Anyone trying to circumvent the rules stated in these Terms and Conditions by using alternative details will be disqualified from this promotion.
  8. The New York prize winners and their guests (18+) must have a UK, Isle of Man, Channel Island or Irish valid address, relevant passport details and have a UK/Irish or equivalent bank account. One of the adults must be over 21 years of age to ensure all aspects of their prize can be claimed and fulfilled.

Promotional Period

  1. Main Promotional Period: The main promotion for the grand prize draw and the instant winning moments is open between 00:00 20.04.2026 - 23:59 12.07.2026. For each entry, you must have purchased a promotional product.
  2. Late entry periods:

    • Each entry submitted between (00:00 13.07.2026 – 23:59 31.10.2026) will be entered into the 1st late entry period draw.
    • Each entry submitted between (00:00 01.11.2026 – 31.03.2027) will be entered into the 2nd late entry period draw.

    Entries received after the closing date of the 2nd late entry draw will not be accepted into the promotion.
    In instances where promotional stock is in the marketplace in advance of the planned promotional start date of 20.04.2026, anyone who has purchased a promotional pack ahead of this date still has an opportunity to enter after the promotion commences, within the daily limits and subject to the conditions within these terms. The Promoter will allow consumers to submit their entries at any point during the main Promotional Period, as long as they keep their receipt and promotional pack from the date they purchased it.

Entry Requirements

  1. For your chance to win one of 5 x trips to New York via prize draw & one of 1,000 x £50/€50 cinema gift cards (to spend in selected cinemas) in the main promotion via winning moments, participants must:
    1. Purchase a participating promotional pack of Aero® between 20.04.2026-12.07.2026 featuring the 'WIN a devilishly chic trip to New York, plus 1,000 pairs of cinema tickets to be won' flash, subject to availability and whilst stock lasts (see clause 14 below for participating products) from a participating retailer (instore and online). Entrants must retain promotional pack and receipt for verification purposes if they win.
    2. Scan the QR code on pack or visit www.aerochocolate.co.uk/TDWP2 and follow the directions to the promotional microsite
    3. Enter full name, email address and the last 4 digits of your pack barcode to find if if you have won an instant prize and be entered into the grand prize draw.
      1. Winners of an instant winning moments cinema ticket prize will be notified immediately on screen.
      2. All instant winning moments winners will be asked to follow the instructions within the email for verification, including confirmation of the participants address to claim their prize.
      3. Winners of the grand prize draw New York trips will be notified via email within 2 working days of the draw date.

    1. Late Entry Draw 1: Follow the process for the main promotion. All entries received between 00:00 13.07.2026 – 23:59 31.10.26 will be entered in the first late entry draw and winners will be notified, by email, within 2 working days of the draw taking place.
    2. Late Entry Draw 2: Follow the process for the main promotion. All entries received between 00:00 01.11.26 – 23:59 31.03.27 will be entered in the second late entry draw and winners will be notified, by email, within 2 working days of the draw taking place.
  3. Proof of purchase/receipt details can only be used once. Entrants who do not give correct details, provide inaccurate or the wrong or incorrectly dated receipts or those who make an entry on someone else's behalf will be disqualified.
  4. Incomplete, illegible, misdirected or entries received outside any Promotional Period will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery or misdirected entries, entries received outside any promotional period, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of 'script', 'brute force', masking their identity by using multiple IP addresses, using identities other than their own, the use of programme, alias or multiple accounts or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant's entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that entrant's entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promotor takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.

Prize Details

  1. There are 5 x New York Trips and 1,100 x £50/€50 cinema gift cards available to be won in total across the entire promotion.
  2. No alternative prize(s) will be provided in whole or in part. All prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and non-refundable. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prizes will only be awarded directly to the winner. 

    Headline Trip To New York
     
  3. There are 5 x trips to New York available to be won across the main Promotional Period (20.04.2026-12.07.2026) via a prize draw at the end of the main Promotional Period. Each prize consists of a 5 night trip to New York, USA for the winner and one guest (who must be aged 18 or over with one of the adults over the age of 21 year).
  4. Each Prize will include:
    1. Return economy flights (inclusive of all applicable airport taxes, fees, and duties, and one piece of checked luggage per person) from select major UK airports (Edinburgh, London, Manchester or Belfast) or Dublin, Ireland to New York. Flights are subject to booking availability and winners acknowledge that their first choice may not be available and that they may be offered indirect flights where circumstances make this necessary. There is no flight alternative;
    2. Return airport transfers in New York City;
    3. 5 nights' accommodation in a 5* hotel in New York City, based on sharing a twin or double room;
    4. Daily breakfast in New York at the hotel
    5. Spending allowance, to the value of £2,000 GBP (UK residents) / €2,000 EUR (ROI residents) (which covers £1,000 GBP/ €1,000 EUR for specified shopping trip and £1,000 GBP/ €1,000 EUR for general spending, food and drink etc); and
    6. A selection of local activities, including (subject to change depending on local availability), a private shopping tour with a fashion insider, a sightseeing day trip to the Hamptons and Sag Harbour with outlet shopping experience, a designer afternoon tea at a 5* hotel, a spa experience (including a 30-minute massage per person, and 1.5 hour access to thermal baths and juice), dinner and cocktails at a top restaurant (provided to the value of £100 GBP / €100 EUR per person) and travel insurance (for ROI winners, travel insurance will be provided in the form of a cash allowance, up to the value of €60 EUR per adult).
  5. Any further details of each prize package will be confirmed to the winners when they are contacted by the Fulfilment Agency.
  6. The New York prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification and all travel must be completed within that time, and cannot be taken from 21st December – 3rd January (Christmas and New Year), over Easter weekend, or over Public Holidays (31st August 2026, 3rd May 2027, 31st May 2027, 4th July 2027 or 30th August 2027). Winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure. Requested travel dates are subject to booking availability and the winner acknowledges that their first preferred date may not be available. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the accommodation offered for an alternative of an equal or higher standard and value if circumstances make this necessary.
  7. The prize will be booked by the Fulfilment Agency and the winner must provide all reasonable assistance to the Fulfilment Agency for such purposes. A valid credit or debit card may be required from the winner as a security deposit when checking into accommodation. Winners will be required to abide by any rules and regulations applicable to the use and occupation of the accommodation and may, at the request of the owner of the accommodation, be required to sign a code of conduct agreement to this effect. For hotel check in purposes, at least one traveler must be aged 21 or over;
  8. The Fulfilment Agency on behalf of the Promoter, will transfer via BACs to a bank account nominated in writing by the winner, the amount of the Allowance (£2,000 GBP for UK residents) / €2,000 EUR for ROI residents) not less than three working days prior to the date booked for travel. The winner and their guest shall be responsible for any expenses incurred in the general use and enjoyment of the Prize exceeding the amount of the Allowance. Other travel expenses (including, but not limited to, travel to and from the UK departure airport), equipment and additional facilities are excluded. Neither the Fulfilment Agency or the Promoter will be liable to pay any further sums incurred by the winner or their guest for any reason in excess of the amount of the Allowance.
  9. For UK winners, travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companion to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companion are aged 70 or over; For ROI winners, a cash allowance up to the value of £60 GBP /€60 EUR per adult will be provided for winner and guests to purchase travel insurance. The winner and their guest must procure their own travel insurance and any necessary vaccinations, immunisations or similar and supply proof of adequate insurance to cover the trip to the Fulfilment Agency upon request. Both the winner and their guest must be legally able to travel to the USA on the date booked for travel (including, but not limited to, meeting any Covid-19 regulations / restrictions which apply at the time of travel) and obtain all necessary visas and other documentation for travel (including, but not limited to, ESTAS and any Covid-19 documentation required).
  10. It is the responsibility of the winners and their guests to ensure that their passport will remain valid for a sufficient amount of time to permit entry to the USA on the date of travel. If unsure of the requirements, the winner and their guest are advised to consult the guidance issued by HM Passport Office on the GOV.UK website.
  11. Winners and their guests must be aged 18 years or older. At least one person must be aged 21 years or older. The Fulfilment Agency reserves the right to verify the age of the winners and their guests by requesting copies of valid photo identification. If such identification shows that the winner is under 18 years old, the prize will be forfeited. If identification provided for a winner's guest shows that the guest is under 18 years old, the winner will be asked to nominate a replacement guest who is aged 18 or older. Any failure by the winner to respond to requests for guest nomination or identification may result in the prize being forfeited.
  12. In the event the prize has not been redeemed within the given validity period, the winner's entitlement to receive the prize will expire. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any failure or inability of the winner to redeem or take up the prize by the date required.

  13. There are a total of 1,100 x cinema gift card prizes to be won across the entire Promotional Period, with the breakdown as follows:
    1. 1,000 prizes in the main Promotional Period (00:00 20.04.2026-12.07.2026). If any prizes remain unclaimed, they will be reallocated into the first late entry draw.
    2. 50 prizes in the first late entry draw (00:00 13.07.26– 23:59 31.10.26). 50 x £50/€50 cinema gift cards per prize draw. If any prizes remain unclaimed, they will be reallocated into the second late entry draw.
    3. 50 prizes in the second late entry draw (00:00 01.11.26– 23:59 31.03.27). 50 x £50/€50 cinema gift cards per prize draw.
  14. Prize will be provided as a £50/€50 digital gift card (or denominations to equal £50/€50) to the winners' choice of cinema chain from Vue or Odeon or Omniplex (ROI only).
  15. Your Cinema gift card will have a minimum of 12 months validity from the date of issue when the winner selects the cinema chain as part of the claim (Vue giftcard has 12 months' validity, Odeon 2 years and Omniplex 5 years).

Winner Selection and notification

  1. For the grand prize draw and late entry prizes draws, all eligible entries will be entered into the corresponding prize draw. The winners of the grand prize draw will be selected via a randomised computer process within 2 working days of the main promotional period closing (by 14.07.26). The winners of the late entry prize draws will be selected via a randomised computer process within 2 working days of the late entry period closing (by 03.11.26 and 02.04.27). If during the verification of a grand or late entry prize it transpires that a potential winner is from the same household, only the first entry will be accepted and all other prizes will be returned and a reserve winner next in line will be contacted
  2. Winners of the grand and late entry prize draws will be contacted via email to the email address provided on entry within 2 working days of the corresponding draw date and will have 14 days to confirm entry criteria as per clause 11 in order to claim their prize. There will be a request for further information such as proof of ID / proof of address. If a winner has not responded within 14 days of initial contact, rejects their prize or is ineligible, then the prize has therefore not been successfully claimed, and the prize will be forfeited. The Promoter will then contact the reserve, drawn next in line from the relevant prize draw. This process will repeat twice during the main and late entry period. If any prizes remain unclaimed after the second late entry period, these prizes will be declared null and void. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their connections during this time in case they are a winner.
  3. Once winners have been verified, each winner will be assigned a dedicated fulfilment manager who will act as their point of contact throughout the prize process. The fulfilment manager will contact the winner within 24 - 48 hours (Monday to Friday) to obtain their preferred travel dates, review availability and provide itinerary options for approval. Once the winner has confirmed their preferred itinerary, the fulfilment manager will make all necessary bookings on the winner's behalf and issue a detailed trip document including booking confirmations (for flights, airport transfers, accommodation and any other included elements), supplier contact details, and an emergency contact number.
  4. For Instant Winning Moment winners, 1,000 Cinema Gift Card prizes will be assigned to randomly pre-determined moments (hours, minutes, seconds) throughout the Promotional Period (Winning Moments). The first entrant to submit a valid entry on the Microsite on or after the occurrence of a Winning Moment will be awarded the prize assigned to that Winning Moment. A total of 1,000 Winning Moments will occur during the main Promotional Period.
  5. Winners of the cinema Gift Cards in the main Promotional Period will be notified immediately on screen if they have won a prize (subject to validation) upon completing the online form on the Microsite.
  6. The winners of these Instant Winning Moment Gift Card will be contacted via email to the email address provided on entry within 5 working days of the corresponding instant win and will have 14 days to provide further information such as, but not limited to, proof of ID (government issues photographic ID), proof of address (Driving License, Utility Bill, Bank Statement) and proof of purchase. If a winner has not responded within 14 days of initial contact, rejects their prize or is ineligible, then the prize has therefore not been successfully claimed, and the prize will be forfeited. All unclaimed prizes from the main Promotional Period will be reallocated to the Late Entry Period. If any prizes remain unclaimed after the second late entry period, these prizes will be declared null and void. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their connections during this time in case they are a winner.
  7. If, for any reason, no valid entry is received between one Winning Moment and the next, the prize allocated to that Winning Moment will be rolled over to the next occurring Winning Moment. In this event, the first two entrants to submit a valid entry following the next occurring Winning Moment will each win a prize. Any surplus of winning moment prizes remaining on expiry of the Promotional Period will be allocated to the first late entry draw.
  8. It is the responsibility of the winners to supply the correct personal information, including checking their valid address to claim their prize. The Promoter will not be held liable for non-delivery of a prize due to the provision of incorrect information. The Promoter will be unable to amend a payment once a winner's details have been submitted at the verification stage.

General

  1. The Promoter shall have sole and final determination as to which entries are genuine and therefore eligible to take part in this promotion. The Promoter's decision is final and binding with regard to all promotional matters
  2. All entrants will be required to provide one genuine email address that is personal, valid and accessible throughout the promotion. In the event that the specified information is not provided or is incorrect or an alias, the entry may be considered incomplete and therefore the Promoter reserves the right to invalidate the entry.
  3. In the event of a genuine email address becoming inaccessible during the promotion, the Promoter is not able to retrieve and amend any existing entries to a new email address.
  4. All normal internet connection charges associated with the submission of an entry to the promotion shall be the entrant's responsibility.
  5. In ROI this promotion is carried out under the Licence issued by Naas District Court & held by Barretstown, Barretstown Castle, Ballymore Eustace, Co Kildare. The purpose of this lottery is to raise funds to help homelessness in Ireland.
  6. The Promoter is not responsible for the acts or default of third-party suppliers, but will endeavour to resolve any issues that may arise.
  7. Limitations of liability: Neither the promoter, it's agent or anyone professionally connected to the promotion, assume any responsibility or liability for:
    1. Any faulty, incorrect, erroneous or failed electronic data transmissions;
    2. Any difficulties in entering or claiming, any entries/claims delayed or corrupted, or any loss arising out of such an event.
    3. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regards to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion.
    4. Inaccessibility or unavailability of mobile signal, the internet or any combination thereof. Any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of barcodes at any point during the operation of this promotion;
  8. If, for any reason, any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by system virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
  9. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this promotion, the fulfilment of the prizes and/or the use of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
  10. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for packaging, proof of purchase and address and identity details including date of birth (passport, driving licence or equivalent form of identification clearly showing the winner's date of birth), which they must provide within 14 calendar days and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement, and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the promotion or any instructions forming part of this promotion's entry requirements or otherwise, where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
  11. By taking part in the promotion the prize winners agree that the Promoter may contact them to ask for their consent as to whether they want to participate in reasonable marketing activities and publicity relating to the promotion only. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the entrant's name and/or if consent given, image or statements made by entrants concerning the promotion and/or prize obtained as part of the promotion. Winners are not obliged to agree to any requests.
  12. Subject to the Promoter's Privacy Policy, the headline prize winners' surnames and counties of residence will be available by sending an email request to consumer.services@UK.nestle.com with 'WINNERS LIST: Nestlé Aero Devil Wears Prada 2' in the subject line, for a period of 3 months following the end of the main Promotional Period. When contacting this email address, your request will be actioned in line with Nestlé's Privacy Policy and the Promoter reserves the right to refuse any or all such requests. If any winner objects to their information being published, then they can contact the Promoter by emailing UKI.Dataprotection@uk.nestle.com with the subject line 'Nestlé Aero Devil Wears Prada 2'. The Promoter nevertheless will disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
  13. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
  14. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the participating country and any disputes as to the meaning of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the participant's local courts.
  15. We do not permit the use of temporary, anonymised, relay, forwarding or otherwise masked email addresses, including but not limited to those ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com. These services may interfere with the secure delivery of administrative communications, winner prize confirmations, and important notifications.

Data Protection

  1. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and the auditing of the entries where necessary and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent/you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications. The surnames and counties of residence of verified winners will be made available as set out above and winners can object to this by emailing UKI.Dataprotection@uk.nestle.com. Otherwise, your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 as applicable. You can request access to your personal data, have any inaccuracies rectified or request deletion of personal data by sending an email to UKI.Dataprotection@uk.nestle.com. By participating in the promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here. You can withdraw your consent at any time. For the purpose of this promotion, requests to delete personal data can only be actioned after the promotion has concluded and the winners accepted their prize. Any data obtained via this promotion will be deleted within 3 months of the promotional end date with the exception of the winners and reserves whose data will be deleted after fulfilment of their prize.
