These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.
The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering in this promotion, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy, and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the promotion, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018.

Eligibility
- This promotion is open to United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), Isle of Man, Channel Island and Republic of Ireland residents aged 18+ only and excludes employees and the immediate families of Nestlé UK Ltd ("the Promoter"), its affiliated companies, agents or anyone else professionally connected to the promotion.
- The promotion will run from 00:00 01.07.2025 to 23:59 30.06.2026.
- Internet access, UK, IoM, CI or ROI mobile phone number and Kids Pass account registration (via app) required.
- Mobile phone with access to the Kids Pass app is also required.
- Purchase of a promotional pack required. Please retain pack and receipt as proof of purchase showing date of purchase during the promotional period and prior to date of claim as they may be requested for verification purposes.
- Maximum 1 code per person throughout the entirety of the promotion. Claims made on behalf of any other person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not permitted.
- In instances where promotional stock is in the marketplace in advance of the planned promotional start date of date 01.07.2025, anyone who has purchased a promotional pack ahead of this date still has an opportunity to register for their 3 months free Kids Pass as soon as the promotion goes live. The Promoter will allow consumers to register at any point during the promotional period, as long as they keep their receipt and promotional pack from the date they purchased it.
How to claim
- Redemption of the Kids Pass offer is via the Internet on the Kids Pass App only.
- This promotional offer is available exclusively to new Kids Pass customers. For the purposes of this promotion, a "new customer" is defined as an individual who has not had an active Kids Pass account within the 30 days preceding their registration to the Kids Pass app using a unique code.

- enter your full name and email address, along with the last 4 digits of your barcode printed on the back of pack of the Promotional Product to receive your unique Kids Pass code and via email to the email address provided.

- Input your unique code (valid for 30 days from receipt) and register for an account (including your full name, email address, home address and mobile number) that will be active for 3 months only from the date of sign up.
- You may only submit 1 email address to the Rowntree's promotional site and Kids Pass app (as well as 1 x mobile number) during the promotional period. Anyone trying to circumvent this rule by using alternative details will be disqualified and additional Kids Pass access will be revoked. Anyone who makes a claim on someone else's behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter's discretion. In the event that the email address provided by a participant is incorrect or incomplete or becomes inaccessible during the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to invalidate the claim. The Promoter takes no responsibility for claims not successfully made on time or at all due to a technical fault of any kind or due to any reason beyond its control. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
3 Months Kids Pass Offer
- All participants will receive a code providing them with 3 months free membership access to the Kids Pass app (downloadable on Android and IOS devices). Each participant redeeming the 3 months Kids Pass code will be bound by the terms and conditions found here: https://www.kidspass.co.uk/terms.
- The 3 months free Kids Pass code will be sent via email to each participant submitted in accordance with the clause above within 24 hours of their valid claim.
- Participants must submit their details to receive a Kids Pass code on or before 23:59 on 30.06.26. After this date, Kids Pass codes will no longer be available.
- The 3 months free Kids Pass discount codes are unique, can only be used once and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount codes or promotional offers. Any attempts to enter the same code more than once or use any codes not intended for use in this promotion, may result in disqualification and all such claims will be declared void.
- The unique code will be valid for 30 days following receipt, and will expire after this time and will no longer be usable. The last date to redeem a unique code shared on the final day of the promotion (pre 23:59 30.06.26) is 23:59 31.07.26.
- For full list of attractions inc. offer details & restrictions, visit the Kids Pass App. Additional costs & expenses related to redemption of Kids Pass offers are the responsibility of the participant so you and anyone accompanying you to any of the attractions visited using your free 3-month Kids Pass membership will be solely responsible for any costs or expenses which may be incurred when you claim your free 3-month Kids Pass membership or visit any of the attractions.
- The free 3-month Kids Pass membership is valid for 3 months from the date on which you register via the Kids Pass app (provided that you submit your initial claim by 30.06.26 to receive your unique code and complete the registration process in accordance with the clause above by no later than 31.07.26).
- Always check opening dates and times before your intended visit on the relevant attraction website.
- Certain attractions or features shown on the promotional materials are not necessarily always available.
- Please note that some attractions operate a chargeable car parking policy.
- Size, height, weight, age and other restrictions and medical warnings apply at certain attractions. It is your responsibility to check whether any such restrictions or warnings apply.
- All attraction information is subject to change; please check the relevant attraction website(s) before your visit for the latest information.
- Entry into any participating attraction will be subject to the individual attraction's terms and conditions of entry. See app for full details.
- By claiming your free 3-month Kids Pass membership through the Kids Pass app, you warrant that:
- You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and you are at least 18 years old;
- You will be financially responsible for all of your use of and through our app as well as for use of your account by others including but without limitation minors (under 18 years old) living with you, who you will supervise in their use of our site under your name or account;
- All information supplied by you or members of your household in using this app is true and accurate; and
- You shall be completely responsible for all charges arising out of the use of Kids Pass' app including without limitation the costs of products or services provided by suppliers with whom you contract via Kids Pass' app.
- Kids Pass may process information about you in accordance with its Privacy Policy found here https://www.kidspass.co.uk/privacy-policy. By using the Kids Pass app, you warrant that all data provided by you is complete and accurate. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to dpo@kidspass.co.uk.
- You may link to the Kids Pass home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage Kids Pass' reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on Kids Pass' part where none exists. You must not establish a link from any website that is not owned by you.
- Where the Kids Pass app contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. Kids Pass have no control over the contents of those sites or resources and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
- Kids Pass membership will not automatically renew once the free 3-month membership has ended. Participants' membership will expire 3 months from the date of activation, therefore if the user wishes to extend their membership, they will need to manually sign back up and subscribe to the monthly fee in order to continue accessing discounts.
- Participants will not be able to redeem more than 1 x 3-month free Kids Pass access throughout the promotional period as outlined in the clauses above, therefore will not be able to extend their membership access using a different unique Kids Pass code.
Cancellation of Kids Pass Membership
- You may cancel your membership at any time. You need to do so by emailing enquiries@kidspass.co.uk. On cancellation, you will receive email confirmation of cancellation of your account from Kids Pass.
- Please note that from the date of cancellation, Kids Pass will disable your log in details so you will be unable to access any member offers and promotions appearing on the Kids Pass site or app. If you cancel your free 3-month Kids Pass membership, you will be unable to reopen it.
Conditions of Use
- As a condition of your Kids Pass membership:
- You must not share your Members Club username or password with any other person outside of your household;
- You must have a mobile device which allows you to download the Kids Pass app or access to a computer to benefit from Kids Pass' digital membership;
- You must not reproduce your digital Kids Pass membership card;
- As "Kids Pass" is a trademark registered in the UK and operated under an exclusive licence by Kids Pass Limited (the Kids Pass trade mark) you must not reproduce or otherwise use any part of the Kids Pass trade mark or anything deceptively similar to it, or authorise assist or enable others to do so without Kids Pass' prior written consent;
- You must not use Kids Pass' trademark in combination with any other third-party trademarks, names, logos, illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or graphics without Kids Pass' prior written consent;
- You must not use or share any redemption codes, vouchers or details of the savings Kids Pass have obtained from those food and leisure organisations whom participate with Kids Pass (Kids Pass' Partners) via social media, on printed material, or in any other media whatsoever;
- You must not supply your digital Kids Pass membership card to any person in connection with either the purchase of any goods or the payment for or hiring of goods under a hire purchase agreement whether with any of Kids Pass' Partners or otherwise.
- Please note that failure to comply with any of the above conditions will entitle Kids Pass to either (i) cancel your membership with immediate effect by written notice to you, or (ii) suspend your membership and the use of your digital Kids Pass membership card until you have remedied your breach of the conditions to our satisfaction. Failure by you to remedy the breach within 14 days of us notifying you of the same and requesting you to remedy it will result in the immediate cancellation of your membership.
Kids Pass Partners
- Kids Pass' current Partners and their redemption locations are as shown on the Kids Pass site and app and may vary from time to time.
- As a member, you will be granted access to offers in the "Member's Area" of the Kids Pass app where you can search for available offers and discounts. The discounts provided will vary and you should check each attraction/restaurant for details of how to redeem the specific offer before going. Some attractions will require you to make a pre-booking, ask for a printed voucher on entry and/or view your Kids Pass membership. Pre-bookings can be made online where available or by telephone. Please note that we shall not be liable for any delay resulting out of the postage of tickets purchased online.
- The expiry date of each digital Kids Pass membership card should be checked and will not be valid for use if and once it has expired.
- Digital Kids Pass membership cards can only be used by the named member and the members of that person's household and is strictly non-transferable.
- On occasion, Kids Pass may remove or amend offers or promotions provided by their Partners. Kids Pass will use reasonable endeavours to replace them although they shall have no liability for any such withdrawals or changes to the availability of an offer.
- Members will have the benefit of all additional attractions, or third party offers which are added to the 'Member's Area' and app.
- Your digital Kids Pass membership card cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other denominated vouchers or discount cards, nor can it be used in conjunction with any special promotions, discount tokens, coupons or cards or other offers.
- Kids Pass are not liable for any attraction, or any of Kids Pass Partners that refuse to honour the advertised discount or promotion.
- Any queries regarding the redemption of your digital Kids Pass membership card with any of Kids Pass' Partners should be directed to the Kids Pass membership team on telephone number 0161 244 8225 between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday or sent via email to enquiries@kidspass.co.uk.

General
- The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters.
- The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the 3 months Kids Pass offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
- All participants will be required to provide a genuine email address that is personal, valid and accessible throughout the promotion. In the event that the specified information is not provided or is incorrect or an alias, the claim may be considered incomplete and therefore the Promoter reserves the right to invalidate the claim.
- It is the responsibility of the participant to provide correct, up-to-date details when claiming. In the event of an email address becoming inaccessible during the promotion, the Promoter is not able to retrieve and amend any existing claims to a new email address.
- Last 4 digits of the barcodes must be entered online exactly as they appear on the pack.
- Barcodes have no value and cannot be transferred or sold.
- Limitations of liability: Neither the promoter, its agent or anyone professionally connected to the promotion, assume any responsibility or liability for:
- Any incorrect or inaccurate claim, or for any faulty, erroneous or failed electronic data transmissions;
- Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regards to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion;
- Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the microsite or any combination thereof;
- Any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of barcodes at any point during the operation of this promotion;
- Insofar as permitted by law, any damage, injury or loss of earnings incurred directly or indirectly in relation to this promotion.
- Conduct of participation: The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the online claim process or the operation of the promotion; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms & Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.
- If, for any reason, any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected claims. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify all claims applications by requesting further information from the participant (which they must provide within 14 days of such request) including but not limited to asking for proof of purchase, home address, contact mobile number and identity details including date of birth (passport, driving license or equivalent form of identification that clearly states the participant’s date of birth). The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to accept any claim or withdraw membership entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s claim requirements.
- If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
- The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the participating country and any disputes as to the meaning of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the participant’s local courts.
- 3-month free Kids Pass access discount codes will only be awarded directly to participants and will only be sent to the email address provided by the participants when registering for the Promotion.
- The Kids Pass access discount codes have no cash value and are automatically void if sold, offered for sale or if any attempt or offer is made to transfer the unique promotional code for value.
- The Kids Pass discount codes are non-transferrable and there is no cash alternative. If for any reason a participant does not use their discount code by the expiry dates specified in these Terms and Conditions, they will be forfeited and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be provided in lieu by the Promoter.
- Junk filters and/or IT difficulties may affect email delivery or receipt or participation in this Promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for this.
- Claims (bulk or otherwise) from third parties, syndicates, trade, consumer groups, agents, multiple accounts or those regarded by the Promoter to be shared or guessed codes will be disqualified. If, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter a participant is using a computer to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of a programme, application, script or any other automated means, that participant will be disqualified, and the 3 months free Kids Pass discount code awarded will be void.
- The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incorrect, incomplete, altered or illegible claims. No responsibility will be taken for claims lost, damaged, delayed or undelivered or any failure of the internet or of any kind that may prevent any participant from redeeming a discount code by its expiry date.
- The Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.
Data Protection
- The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and the auditing of claims where necessary and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent/you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications. Otherwise, your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 as applicable. By participating in the promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Any data obtained by Nestlé via this promotion will be deleted within 3 months of the end of the redemption period 31.07.26.
