How do I enter the promotion?

Purchase a promotional pack, visit www.rowntrees.co.uk/summerdaysout or scan the QR code on your pack, enter your full name & email address, along with the last 4 digits of your pack barcode to receive your unique code via email & redeem offer of 3 months Kids Pass access via the Kids Pass App.

Do I need to be connected to the internet to enter the promotion?

An internet connection (Wi-Fi or 3G/4G/5G) and access to the Kids Pass app is required to for redemption of the offer.

How old do I have to be to enter?

You must be 18 years or older to enter this promotion.

Do I have to purchase a Rowntree's® product to enter?

You must purchase a promotional Rowntree’s® pack to enter the promotion. Once you have purchased a pack, visit www.rowntrees.co.uk/summerdaysout to enter & redeem offer of 3 months Kids Pass access via the Kids Pass App.

I’m a resident of Northern Ireland, how do I enter?

The entry requirements are the same across all participating regions.

Do I need to keep hold of my promotional wrapper/insert?

Please retain pack and receipt as proof of purchase showing date of purchase during the promotional period as they may be requested for verification purposes.

What details will I need to enter?

To redeem the offer, you need to visit https://www.rowntrees.co.uk/summerdaysout or scan the QR code on pack, and enter your full name, email address and the last 4 digits of your pack barcode to receive your unique Kids Pass code on the screen and via email to the email address provided.

To claim your 3 months free membership access to Kids Pass, download the Kids Pass app via your mobile’s applicable app store or via the link here: https://onelink.to/kpass and select ‘Redeem a code’ on the welcome page to register. You will need to input your unique code (valid for 30 days from receipt) and register for an account (including your full name, email address, home address and mobile number) that will be active for 3 months only from the date of sign up.

You may only submit 1 email address to the Rowntree’s promotional site and Kids Pass app (as well as 1 x mobile number) during the promotional period.

Where can I find my barcode?

Barcodes can be found printed on the back/base of your promotional packaging. Here is an example:

I’m having trouble reading my barcode, who can I contact?

While barcodes will always be printed on the outside of promotional packs, they may not always appear in the same location. Nestlé does not assume any responsibility for barcodes damaged or defaced in the way the product packaging is opened.

If you require assistance locating or determining the digits of your barcode you can contact Nestlé Consumer Services by telephone on Freephone 00800 6378 5385 (UK + ROI).

The website doesn’t recognise my code or tells me it has already been entered. What should I do?

Firstly, make sure you’ve entered the last 4 digits of your barcode exactly as it appears on the pack. You can enter a maximum of once per day. If you are still getting an error message and you are not sure why, please contact the Nestlé Consumer Services team either by email at: consumer.services@UK.nestle.com or by telephone on Freephone 00800 6378 5385 (UK + ROI).

My computer / the website crashed as I was entering the promotion, how will I know if I’ve entered successfully?

If your computer or the website crashes during this process, please revisit the website and re-enter the same last 4 digits of the barcode again.

If your entry was successful, you will receive an email to the email address provided containing your unique Kids Pass code.

I am not in the UK. Can I still enter?

Only residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands can enter the promotion.

How often can I enter and how many times could I win a prize?

You may only submit 1 email address to the Rowntree’s® promotional site and Kids Pass app (alongside 1 x mobile number) during the promotional period.

Can I enter/redeem the code if I’m an existing Kids Pass member?

This promotional offer is available exclusively to new Kids Pass customers (you must not have had an active Kids Pass account in the past 30 days prior to redeeming).

What is the offer available?

A 3-month free Kids Pass membership. Kids Pass is the number 1 family savings membership club in the UK, that has offers on family days out, cinema trips, family holidays, restaurant bills and so much more!

Will I receive a physical card/pass?

The membership is digital, meaning no physical card is required. You can find a digital membership card in the Kids Pass app in the ‘My card’ section.

How will I receive the offer?

You will receive an email containing your 3 months free Kids Pass code via the email you submitted within 24 hours of your valid claim.

How long do I have to claim?

The unique code will be valid for 30 days following receipt and will expire after this period and will no longer be usable.

Can I cancel my membership once I’ve claimed?

You may cancel your membership at any time. You need to do so by emailing enquiries@kidspass.co.uk. On cancellation, you will receive email confirmation of cancellation of your account from Kids Pass. The free 3-month membership offer will automatically cancel after the 3-month period ends.

I have redeemed my Kids Pass, what do I do next?

Once you have received your email with your unique Kids Pass code, please download the Kids Pass app and register for a Kids Pass account within 30 days of receiving the code. This app is available free on both the Apple and Google Play stores.
After downloading, please log in using the username and password you created when registering.
You are now logged in and a member of Kids Pass.

How do I use the membership?

To redeem offers simply search for the offer you want to use and follow the instruction on the app to use or book. 
To search for offers near you, please ensure that your location is switched on in the settings tab of the app.
If you book tickets for an experience that occurs after your free Kids Pass membership duration ends, you’ll still be able to attend this event.

I don’t have a smartphone; can I still use the offers?

Yes! you can still take advantage of all offers via the website www.kidspass.co.uk.

Is there a maximum age for the Kids Pass?

There is no age limit for the Kids Pass and there are attractions for all ages. Kids Pass’s suppliers may set an age limit, for example, most theme parks children age 12+ are asked to purchase an adult ticket, and therefore at most, Kids Pass offer a discount on all adult, child, and family tickets.
‘Kids eat free’ is one free child's meal from the children's menu per adult meal purchased. This is usually suitable for age 12 and under due to the portion size.
Other attractions are a discount on the full entrance price or 2 for 1, so all the family can take advantage of the discount regardless of their age.
Kids Pass’s cinema benefit offers a discount for both adult and child’s tickets purchased meaning you can go as a family or with a friend, it's completely up to you.

I cannot remember my username.

Your username is the email address you entered in the Kids Pass app when you redeemed your code and registered for your account.

Forgot password?

You can reset your password on our website www.kidspass.co.uk/forgot and via the app. Follow the instructions on the page and you will be sent a link to your email address to reset your password.

How do I see offers near me?

Please go to the ‘Settings’ section of the app and ensure that 'Location services' is selected. The app will now show search results closest to your location.

Will my membership auto-renew?

No, we do not ask for any payment details when you redeem a code and there is no auto-renewal at the end of the membership.

Are discounts at attractions available 7 days per week?

Yes, you can claim offers Monday – Sunday with no blackout dates during the summer holidays. This also includes the cinema discount which can be used for any film, at any time.

What cinemas are included?

Cinemas included are ODEON, Cineworld, Showcase and Empire Cinemas as well as IC cinemas, Reel. You can use discounted tickets to go and see any film at any time with no restrictions.

How many devices can I use the membership on?

You can log into the same membership on up to 5 devices. Allowing other members of your household to use the membership too.

Where can I find the tickets I have purchased through the app/website?

Any tickets you purchase will be emailed to you. Tickets can also be found in the ‘My offers’ section of the app.

Do I need to pre-book?

Some attractions do ask you to make a pre-booking. This is to ensure that there is availability at the attraction or cinema before you visit. Please ensure you check opening times and availability on partner websites where appropriate.

Can I have more than one Kids Pass membership?

Eligible customers can only hold one Kids Pass membership and the promotion is only open to new Kids Pass customers only.
