Serving Suggestion
Chocolate banana milkshakes are at their frozen finest when blitzed and enjoyed immediately. Have your chosen glass chilled and ready to rock as soon as the blender has done its thing. Dust the top with a little cocoa powder for added depth of flavour and if you are feeling Instagram fancy, slot a round of sliced banana on the rim of the glass. Find a comfy spot and take your taste buds to a tropical chocolate paradise.
Chocolate Banana Milkshake Toppings and Variations
Milkshakes are a great way to explore flavours and toppings. Fancy a mid-morning wake up? Add a shot of cold espresso to your blend. Need a little crunch in your life? Add a scattering of toasted coconut flakes as garnish. If you’re all out of bananas, use a few strawberries instead. For three completely different flavours, try our creamy Milkybar® Milkshake, our minty Aero® Milkshake, or our chocolatey KitKat® Milkshake.
Storage Instructions
Milkshakes are best enjoyed immediately, but if you have some leftover, pop it into an airtight container and store it in the fridge for 12-24 hours. You can also freeze the milkshake, but the texture may change when defrosted. If there is any separation, blitz again before enjoying.
Tips for the Best Chocolate Banana Milkshake
A great chocolate banana milkshake comes down to the right ratios, temperature control and good technique. Keep everything chilled and chop all the chocolate and banana for a smoother finish. For extra frosty skill points, freeze your chopped banana before blending. The longer you blend the more heat is generated by the blender so keep it quick for maximum chill.

Top Tips
For best results with minimal mess, use a sealed blender like a NutriBullet instead of a stick blender. Milkshakes are best served fast, fresh and cold, so have ingredients prepped, glasses chilled and equipment at the ready.
