The promotion is running from 00:00 1st June 2026, to 23:59 on 31st May 2027.

How do I enter the promotion?

Purchase a promotional pack, visit www.nestle-confectionery.co.uk/summer or scan the QR code on your pack, enter your full name, country/county & email address, along with the last 4 digits of your pack barcode to receive your unique URL via email & redeem your offer of 3 months Rowntree's® Activity Pass access via the Rowntree's® Activity Pass portal, once you have created an account.

Do I need to be connected to the internet to enter the promotion?

You must be 18 years or older to enter this promotion.

I’m a resident of Northern Ireland, how do I enter?

The entry requirements are the same across all participating regions.

Do I have to purchase a Rowntree's® product to enter?

You must purchase a promotional Rowntree’s® pack to enter the promotion. Once you have purchased a pack, scan QR code or, visit  www.rowntrees.co.uk/summer to enter & redeem offer of 3 months Rowntree's® Activity Pass access via the Rowntree's® Activity Pass portal.

Do I need to keep hold of my wrapper/receipt?

Please retain pack and receipt as proof of purchase showing date of purchase during the promotional period as they may be requested for verification purposes.

What details will I need to enter?

To redeem the offer, you need to visit https://www.rowntrees.co.uk/summer or scan the QR code on pack, and enter your full name, email address, country/county and the last 4 digits of your pack barcode to receive your unique Rowntree's® Activity Pass URL via email to the email address provided.

You will then need to click your unique URL (rowntrees.kidspass.com), enter your full name, email address, address, mobile number, create password and agree to terms/ privacy policy to create account that will be active for 3 months from the date of sign up. Once you have successfully completed the registration process you will have access to the Rowntree’s® Activity Pass portal for 3 months.

You may only submit 1 email address to the Rowntree’s® promotional site which must be linked to a personal mobile number during the Promotional Period.

Where can I find my barcode?

Barcodes can be found printed on the back/base of your promotional packaging. Here is an example:

I’m having trouble reading my barcode, who can I contact?

While barcodes will always be printed on the outside of promotional packs, they may not always appear in the same location. Nestlé does not assume any responsibility for barcodes damaged or defaced in the way the product packaging is opened.

If you require assistance locating or determining the digits of your barcode you can contact Nestlé Consumer Services by telephone on Freephone 00800 6378 5385 (UK + ROI).

My unique URL is not working, what should I do?

Firstly, ensure you have clicked this link within 30 days of your claim and that you have not shared your unique URL with anyone else. There is a maximum of one Rowntree’s® Activity Pass per person. If you are still getting an error message and you are not sure why, please contact the Nestlé Consumer Services team either by email at: consumer.services@UK.nestle.com or by telephone on Freephone 00800 6378 5385 (UK + ROI).

My computer / the website crashed as I was entering the promotion, how will I know if I’ve entered successfully?

If your computer or the website crashes during this process, please revisit the website and re-enter the same last 4 digits of the barcode again.

If your entry was successful, you will receive an email to the email address provided containing your unique Rowntree's® Activity Pass URL.

I am not in the UK. Can I still enter?

Only residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands can enter the promotion.

How often can I enter and how many times could I redeem the offer?

Maximum 1 offer per person throughout the entirety of the promotion. Claims made on behalf of any other person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not permitted.

What is the offer available?

A 3-month Rowntree's® Activity Pass membership from the date on which you register on the Rowntree’s® Activity Pass portal. Rowntree's® Activity Pass has exclusive offers on family days out, cinema trips, family holidays, restaurant bills and so much more!

Will I receive a physical card/pass?

Our membership is digital meaning no physical card is required.

How will I receive the offer?

Once you have successfully completed the registration process on www.nestle-confectionery.co.uk/summer, you will receive your 3 months Rowntree's® Activity Pass URL on screen and via the email you submitted (within 15 minutes of your valid claim).   

How long do I have to claim?

The unique code will be valid for 30 days following receipt and will expire after this period and will no longer be usable.

Can I cancel my membership once I’ve claimed?

You may cancel your membership at any time. You need to do so by emailing rowntrees@kidspass.com. On cancellation, you will receive email confirmation of your account cancellation from Kids Pass.

Please note that from the date of cancellation, Kids Pass will disable your log in details so you will be unable to access any member offers and promotions appearing on the Rowntree's® Activity Pass site. If you cancel your 3-month Rowntree's® Activity Pass membership, you will be unable to reopen it.

I have redeemed my Rowntree’s® Activity Pass, what do I do next?

After redeeming your 3-month membership, you will have access to the Rowntree’s® Activity Pass Portal. As a member, you will be granted access to offers on the Rowntree’s® Activity Pass website where you can search for available offers and discounts. The discounts provided will vary and you should check each attraction/restaurant for details of how to redeem the specific offer before going.

How do I use the membership?

To redeem offers simply search for the offer you want to use and follow the instructions on the Rowntree’s® Activity Pass Portal to use or book. You’ll be able to book a ticket for a date that sits outside of your 3-month membership duration as well as dates during your membership.

I don’t have a smartphone; can I still use the offers?

Yes! You can still take advantage of all offers via the website rowntrees.kidspass.com.

Is there a maximum age for the attractions offered by the Rowntree’s® Activity Pass?

There is no age limit for the Rowntree’s® Activity Pass attractions and there are options for all ages.
Our suppliers may set an age limit, for example, most theme parks children age 12+ are asked to purchase an adult ticket, and therefore at most, we offer a discount on all adult, child, and family tickets.
Kids eat free is one free child's meal from the children's menu per adult meal purchased. This is usually suitable for age 12 and under due to the portion size.
Other attractions are a discount on the full entrance price or 2 for 1 etc. so the whole family can take advantage of the discount regardless of their age.
Our cinema benefit offers a discount for both adult and child's tickets purchased meaning you can go as a family or with a friend, it's completely up to you.

I cannot remember my username.

Your username is the email address you entered when you redeemed your Rowntree’s® Activity Pass 3-month membership.

Forgot password?

You can reset your password on our website rowntrees.kidspass.com/Identity/Account/ForgotPassword. Follow the instructions on the page and you will be sent a link to your email address to reset your password.

How do I see offers near me?

Rowntree’s® Activity Pass (powered by Kids Pass) current Partners and their redemption locations are as shown on the Rowntree’s® Activity Pass website and may vary from time to time.

Will my membership auto-renew?

No, your Rowntree’s® Activity Pass membership (powered by Kids Pass) will not automatically renew once the 3-month membership has ended.

Participants’ membership will expire 3 months from the date of activation, therefore if the user wishes to extend their membership, they will need to manually sign up to kidspass.co.uk and subscribe to the monthly fee in order to continue accessing discounts.
 

Are discounts at attractions available 7 days per week?

Yes, subject to availability you can claim offers Monday – Sunday with no blackout dates during the summer holidays. This also includes the cinema discount which can be used for any film, at any time. Restrictions may vary depending on the attraction.

What cinemas are included?

Cinemas included are ODEON, Cineworld, The Light, Showcase, Picturehouse & Reel. You can use discounted tickets to go and see any film at any time with no restrictions. Any changes will be reflected in the Rowntree’s® Activity Pass.

How many devices can I use the membership on?

You can log into the same membership on up to 5 devices. Allowing other members of your household to use the membership too.

Where can I find the tickets I have purchased through the website?

Any tickets you purchase will be emailed to you.

Do I need to pre-book?

Some attractions do ask you to make a pre-booking. This is to ensure that there is availability at the attraction or cinema before you visit. Please ensure you check opening times and availability on partner websites where appropriate.

Can I have more than one Rowntree's® Activity Pass membership?

Eligible customers will not be able to redeem more than 1 x 3-month Rowntree's® Activity Pass access throughout the promotional period.

Data & Privacy
Are my details secure?

Yes. The website uses secure encryption, and your data is processed in line with Nestlé’s Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.

What will my details be used for?

Your details will be used only to administer the promotion and fulfil the Rowntree's® Activity Pass offer, unless you opt in to receive marketing communications.
